Are you curious about the power of research in healthcare? Do you want to gain hands-on experience that could shape your future career? St Oswald’s Hospice Research Volunteer role offers a fantastic way to get involved in meaningful projects that support palliative and end-of-life care.
This role is ideal for someone who has some research experience or academic background and want to contribute to real-world projects. You’ll be involved in tasks such as:
- Gathering and analysing data
- Interviewing participants
- Supporting focus groups and designing questionnaires
- Conducting literature reviews
- Creating reports and presentations
The hours for this role are flexible, and you will be primarily based on site in Gosforth, with occasional remote volunteering.
Our Research Volunteer role is ideal for those with A-levels and some university experience (healthcare research experience is a bonus!).
