Aim of the Northern Palliative Care Partnership/Academy

To deliver the best possible palliative and end of life care for the people of the north east, driving innovation and excellence through:

  • High quality research and evaluation
  • Developing and sharing new service models and best practice
  • Developing individuals and teams through education and training
  • Working collaboratively with partners to model integrated care
