Volunteering

By volunteering you can learn new skills, make new friends and achieve satisfaction from giving something back.

Volunteers are quite simply, the lifeblood of St Oswald’s and we wouldn’t be able to operate without them. We have over 120 different volunteering roles: working directly with patients; in a support role; in our shops or fundraising team.

Fundraise your way

Amazing people organising events or celebrations within their community collectively raise nearly £200,000 each year - this could pay for over 10,000 nursing hours at the Hospice! Fundraise your way for St Oswald's by hosting your own event or activity.

We are a charity and rely on the generosity of people living in the North East to support the people of the North East.
