What is it?
Clarty Bairns, organised by Challenge Northumberland is a mini muddy obstacle course for children – think tough mudder but more fun and aimed at kids. If you want to have fun with all the family doing something a little different together then give this challenge a go.

What is involved?
The 3km obstacle course involves climbing, crawling, scrambling, getting wet and of course… getting muddy! If you want to have fun with all the family doing something a little different together then give this challenge a go. The event will be held at Broomley Grange, which sits in 22 acres of private grounds in the stunning county of Northumberland near to Hadrian's Wall and Europe's largest man-made lake, Kielder Water.
The obstacle course is suitable for children aged from 6-17 however must be accompanied by an adult. One adult can look after up to three children. Here we know how important it is to make the most out of life and why every memory should be cherished. Build some stronger family relationships and get healthier and fitter together, building your confidence and creating happy memories to last a lifetime.
