What is it?
Coasteering is a mix of traversing, climbing, swimming, diving and jumping your way around the stunning North East Coastline.
Participants will be able to explore the coastline in an exhilarating and unusual way, with the reassurance and guidance of experienced instructors. Coasteering will offer you the opportunity to push your own personal boundaries at your own pace in an exciting, and wild, outdoor environment. All abilities are catered for as the group will move at a pace which is comfortable for all and will always stay together.
The activity will vary according to weather conditions on the day, which means you could do this challenge several times and it would be different each time

Who can take part?
8 years+, 16 years & under need adult supervision.
What is involved?
On the day you could do anything from sea swimming, cliff jumping, climbing or even using surfboards to help you traverse the coastline.
You will be in a group accompanied by a trained expert instructor and additional support in the form of a safety boat and spotters along the coast line. You will also be sporting some stylish headgear, wet suits and buoyancy aids to help you along your way.
This unique challenge will push you physically and mentally so it’s ideal as a personal challenge or as a team bonding opportunity. Why not get a group of friends, colleagues or even your sports club together and achieve something great together?
