St Oswald’s Hospice are looking for a friendly, proactive, and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Directors of Income & Marketing, People and Finance. If you love working in a meaningful role where your skills make a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

 

About the Role

As a PA to our Directors, you’ll be the backbone of their busy schedules—managing diaries, organising meetings, preparing important documents, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll be a trusted support, handling confidential matters with professionalism and care.

Your role will also involve:

  • Organising key governance meetings and supporting committees
  • Coordinating correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Acting as the first point of contact for professional advisors
  • Supporting team meetings, training sessions, and away days
  • Working closely with other PAs to ensure seamless operations

 

What We’re Looking For

We need a confident, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have:

  • At least two years’ experience in a PA or high-level administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A warm and professional approach to confidential and sensitive information
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities with a positive, can-do attitude
