Walton Robinson have been fantastic fundraising ambassadors for St Oswald’s for several years now. They are extremely enthusiastic and up for a challenge and we were delighted to have such large numbers of their team run for us in the 2016 Great North Run. It was our most successful run to date, with over £150,000 raised, and the team from Walton Robinson were a huge help in boosting our numbers and fundraising total. We hear that they have some exciting plans to get involved in our events over the next year and we hope that they will keep working with us to help support hospice care in the north east. We are so grateful for their efforts.

St Oswald’s is a brilliant local charity which we have supported since 2013. We always put 100% into any fundraising we do for them, but last year we really took it up a notch. The Great North run is something a lot of us had never done before, so it was great to see the team come together and step up to this challenge, raising an incredible amount too. It’s a fantastic cause and we will continue to support St Oswald’s as much as we possibly can this year and many more years to come. The Walton Robinson team visited the Hospice prior to race day last year and got to see first-hand the work the staff and volunteers do for the patients. St Oswald’s are thankful for every single donation they receive whether is big or small and WR are very proud to support such an amazing charity.
A big thank you to the WR team for their ongoing support.
