Woohoo, we’ve won an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion award!

At St Oswald’s Hospice, we have an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Group.

The group helps us to meet our aim of being an organisation of people who are led by our Values. A place where everyone feels welcome, whoever they are, whether they are cared for by us, employed by us, volunteer for us, or support us in any way.

So, that’s why we’re delighted to have achieved ENEI’s Talent, Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation (TIDE) Silver Award!

This is a fantastic achievement and evidence of our progress in our commitment to diversity, inclusion – and a testament to the great work of our teams.
