How we are regulated

Regulations

St Oswald’s is committed to providing excellence in palliative care and being an open and transparent organisation.

We are regulated by:

We are governed by a board of trustees. Members are appointed for a four year term and undertake the role of Trustee on a voluntary basis. Trustees are recruited from a range of professions and bring with them a blend of experience and expertise in their field, as well as an external perspective. Trustees meet with the Hospice Management Team on a bi-monthly basis to ensure that the strategic objectives of the charity are established and being met.

Our Annual Report gives you an in-depth look at how we operate and our governance, as well as outlines the progress we’ve made in achieving our objectives during the year, to the benefit of local families.
