Outpatients Reception reopening – Tuesday 6th May 2025

Great news! We’re delighted to announce that The Outpatient Department at the Main Hospice in Gosforth is reopening from Tuesday, 6th May 2025. This means that you’ll be able to access The Outpatient Department and car parking – via the entrance that reads “Outpatient Department and Children and Young Adult Service”. Thanks for your patience and understanding. We’re looking forward to making your visits even easier and providing the best care possible. Northern Lymphoedema Support Group

The Northern Lymphoedema Support Network are a friendly group of people who all suffer from or are involved with Lymphoedema. The group meets three times each year at St Oswald’s, to exchange support and information, listen to speakers and ask questions to members of the Hospice’s Lymphoedema Team.

If you’d like to come along, please call Julie, group member on 0793 558 7989. Please feel free to bring along a partner or friend and spread the word to other people with Lymphoedema.

Living Well with Lymphoedema

Would you like to live well with Lymphoedema? Then join us for “Living Well with Lymphoedema”. Our sessions are held every Monday throughout the year and take place over two weeks. Led by a Lymphoedema Practitioner, you’ll receive all the self-care tips and advice you need. You can even bring a friend or family member with you so they can learn too! Sound good?
